Q: Is homosexuality the same as being black?
Can homosexuals claim any civil rights?
A: No and No
Black skin is a genetic trait that no one has any control over. Research proves that homosexuality is not genetic, but a behavior. No one is "born gay", but people ARE born with their skin color.
But homosexual activists have tried to convince people that they were "born gay", so they could become eligible for “Minority Status” under the 1964 Civil Rights Act and force the courts to side with them. BUT....here is the the truth....
The Civil Rights Act recognizes Minority Status only for groups who:
1) Have suffered a long history of discrimination
2) Are powerless to help themselves as a community
3) Are born that way
Number 2 and 3 are NOT true of homosexuals. (Homosexual activists are the worst bullies and the most intolerant and hateful political group in the US today - routinely calling in death threats to anyone opposing them!). So no one should be able to claim any civil rights based on their homosexual behavior.
Number 1 isn't true either, when you consider that abnormal behavior that is dangerous has always been discouraged by society. It's not discrimination to discourage homosexual behavior. Think about the AIDS epidemic.... Homosexuality has been around since the beginning of time, but only when it was endorsed and promoted in the '70s did a deadly plague, HIV and AIDs, result from the ensuing promiscuity. The cost? 36 million have died from it!
